The Big Beach House is a relaxed, family-friendly holiday home in Kenton-on-Sea, made for easy coastal getaways with family and friends. With beautiful sea views, generous living spaces, a games room for all ages, a splash pool, built-in braai and room for up to 13 guests, there’s plenty of space to relax, play and spend time together.

Living & Entertaining
The Big Beach House has generous, light-filled living spaces designed for families. The open-plan lounge has an L-shaped sofa and floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to sea, with a modern kitchen — complete with a stone island and slate-blue cabinetry — at its heart.
Meals and gatherings flow easily between the lounge, kitchen and dining area. A large games room keeps the entertainment going after dark, with table tennis, air hockey, a Smart TV and toys and games for all ages.
Bedrooms
The Big Beach House sleeps up to 13 guests across four en-suite bedrooms plus a bunk room that accommodates up to five children. Some bedrooms open onto balconies with ocean views, and the whole house is set up for easy, relaxed family holidays.
Bathrooms
Five bathrooms in total — four en-suite and one additional separate bathroom — so a full house never feels crowded.
Outdoor Living
Long, lazy summer afternoons by the splash pool, easy evenings around the built-in braai, and space for everyone to spread out. Both sea facing bedrooms have a balcony with spectacular views — perfect for sundowners — and the outdoor entertainment area is made for relaxed Kenton living: nothing formal, just good times with family and friends.

Minimum Stay
Our holiday homes have a minimum 2 night stay requirement out-of-season and a 12 night minimum stay during the December & January season periods.
Bushman’s River Lodge is excluded from these minimum stay requirements.
Deposit & cancellation
50% deposit required to secure the booking.
Cancellation 60 days or more before arrival: full refund.
Cancellation between 30 and 60 days before arrival: 50% refund.
Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival: no refund.
