What is the minimum stay?
A minimum stay of 2 nights applies out of season. During the December/January peak season, a minimum stay of 12 nights applies.
Bushman’s River Lodge is excluded from these minimum stay requirements.
What is the deposit and cancellation policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Cancellations made 60 days or more before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations made 30–60 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 30 days or less before check-in are non-refundable. A R2,000 breakages deposit is also required and is refunded within 7 days after your stay, provided there are no damages.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am.
